What Is Agam Yoga?

The term “Agam” refers to the “inner body”. It helps to rejuvenate the inner Organs of the Body. Agam yoga is an online yoga class program which helps you to reset the button for the wellness of your mind and body. It is not just a yoga program but a lifestyle change that brings a structure to your daily routine and keeps you energetic all the day long. It is not only about standing on your head or twisting your body. It is about how you do it? when you do it? And how even a simple yoga practice when practiced consistently can bring great impact on your health.

In this program, you will be learning yogic practices, pranayama and kriyas. This set of yogic practices helps to keep your body active after a long period of inactivity, especially in the joints and muscles, where the energies are activated, that brings complete ease to the whole system. This practice also helps rejuvenate the lumbar region of the spine keeping the spine completely healthy and strong. Pranayama enhances the productivity and effectiveness in your day-to-day life. These practices also help to regain your physical and mental health after recovering from any kind of ailments.

This session will be a two-way video session, where your practice will be observed and practice corrections will be provided.

1st Month

Suryanamaskar
(Sun Salutation)

The way of expressing our gratitude to the sun which is a source of energy, for life on earth. This is the most important part of this course. 108 rounds of Suryanamaskaar within 1 hour will be conducted at the end of the month. The trainer will definitely make everyone to do that.

2nd Month

Asanas

Asanas are used to control, purify and cultivate prana, the life-force energy that flows through the energy channels of the body and also it is used to reach a state of enlightenment. And also breathing exercises such as Bhramari, Kapalbhati, Kriyas, Pranayama, force breathing, abdomen breathing and various breathing sequences will be provided which enhances the respiratory system.
