Registration and Enrollment:
- Information about the registration process.
- Requirements for enrollment in specific classes or programs.
Payment and Fees:
- Any participant who wishes to register for the program(s) of Aara yoga and naturopathy research Center, must pay the applicable course fee on or before the course start date.
- Fee can be paid through online payment by Gpay/ razorpay/ debit or credit card. Additional charges / gateway charges / convenience fee may be levied if payment is made using any available payment gateway.
- Fee once paid is neither adjustable nor refundable under any circumstances.
Class Policies:
I understand that my acceptance is subject to meeting the following rules of the Class:
- Punctuality
- Proper dress code
- No Smoking, alcohol or drugs
- Must be willing to learn and change as that is the path to growth
- Aspiration to be a better YOU
- Respectful and thoughtful behaviour towards other students and the trainer.
- Should not mute the video during online yoga classes or else you’ll be removed from the class.
Intellectual Property:
- Ownership of course materials, videos, or any intellectual property shared during classes.
Privacy Policy:
- We respect and are committed towards protecting your privacy.
- Publishing, selling or renting any personal data or information to any third party, without your consent, is against our ethics.
Cancellation and Refund Policies:
- Refunds are not allowed for any batch. No refunds-request will be entertained, what-so-ever circumstances may be unless Aara yoga center is unable to start the program.
- In case any program is interrupted for the reasons beyond the control of Aara yoga and Naturopathy research Center, we will make alternative arrangements to complete the program.
- Students cannot claim any amount even if he/ she wishes to discontinue with a batch.
- In case Aara yoga center is unable to start the program or unable to make alternative arrangements to complete the program, fee will be refunded to the students proportionately.
- However, gateway charges levied by the bank or any other third party service provider will not be refunded as the service of payment gateway is provided by the third party and not by Aara yoga center.
Code of Conduct:
- Respect all students regardless of age, ethnicity, gender, physical limitations or religion affiliations.
- Students should not miss any classes in the program, subject to valid reasons. If you miss more than 5 classes, you will be removed from the program.
- Any student feeling that the current posture is not comfortable or is causing pain shall not attempt to perform the posture, and will discuss the matter with the instructor before attempting the posture again.
- Any student suffering from a medical condition (e.g. Asthma, Epilepsy, High Blood Pressure, Sciatica, Slipped Disc, Hernia, Recent Surgery, etc.) shall inform the instructor and follow the advice given. Women during menses, avoid all inverted postures.
- Do not wear a swimsuit, baggy pants or hippie clothes to any of the classes. Wear clean yoga clothes every day. Women Do not wear skirts to classes, you may be asked to try or sit in a particular posture therefore yoga clothes are required.

As a naturopath, I provide consultations which include thorough questioning, examinations such as iridology & foot diagnosis, and treatment plans. Treatment plans include natural remedies such as liquid herbs, flower medicines (flower extract), herbal infusions as well as dietary advice and meal planning, and lifestyle recommendations.
My intention is to support you while creating the right environment for the body, mind and spirit to come back to homeostasis.
Termination of Services:
- You can stop using the Service at any time by either canceling your subscription or deleting your account from your device or personal computer.
- Terminating your account is your only option in case of any dispute with Aara Yoga regarding the Service or the Terms.
- Aara Yoga has the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason.
- If Aara Yoga suspects that you have violated any provision of the Terms, they may seek other legal remedies.
- Your rights under the Terms will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any of them.
- You are still responsible for any obligations related to your use of the Service even after you stop using it.
- Neither Aara Yoga nor any of its licensors, suppliers, or publishers are liable to you or any third party for any loss caused by the termination of the Service or your access to it.
