AARA Yoga Centre’s Children’s Care Program is a 45-day WhatsApp group journey for children aged 6 months to 21 years. Guidance is given through parents, helping them naturally understand their growing boys and girls — including traditional guidance for girls on reaching puberty, and guidance for parents on relating to growing boys. The program focuses on natural, home-based approaches to children’s everyday health concerns, reducing unnecessary dependence on doctors and medicines, along with natural food habits and healthy daily routines.
