     Vaginal douching is a process of intravaginal cleansing of the Uterus without any medicines in AARA centres and to keep yourself healthy throughout your life. It is an age old practice followed in our tradition. In our centres, the vaginal douching will be given by well trained woman therapist. It is given weekly twice and according to the severity of the infections it may vary. Along with the process healthly lifestyle practices, diet and yogic practices are also given.
