The practice embraces all facets of life as areas of potential growth. The smallest part of the work is on the mat; that is not where we live most of our lives. The true practice is in infusing our daily existence – our thoughts, words, and deeds – with the truth and wisdom of our spirit. Poorana Yoga is a transformation of our consciousness to the highest state available, and a harmonizing of our lives around that consciousness. The practice doesn’t simply open the body or calm the mind. It frees our latent capability and allows us to fulfil our highest potential.
As with any yoga practice, there are some general and some more specific benefits to practicing Poorana Yoga. Here are just a few of the benefits you may experience.
1. Full Body detoxification Methods
2. Suitable Diet Methods
3. Lifestyle Methods
4. Physical activities
5. Good Mental Stability
Each pillar addresses our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual being.
By connecting to your sense of self, you’ll better understand what truly excites you and what your purpose is when practicing Poorana Yoga regularly.
Taking some time away from the stresses of daily life and onto your mat for a Poorana Yoga class is a great way to bring attention to your inner self and relax.
Poorana Yoga is grounded in Naturopathy and the understanding that you can live a life filled with greater health and vitality when you eat according to your body type.
Practicing yoga regularly makes it easier for you to separate yourself from situations that might otherwise be upsetting or difficult. Instead, you can approach life more positively, react more rationally, and make decisions that align with who you truly are.
The purpose of Poorana Yoga is to heal your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. Through regular practice, you may begin to notice that you feel ‘lighter’ in general and less affected by past events.
