Five types of diet plans

Aara Fruit Diet

     This is a health-focused dietary regimen that combines a 6-day fasting and cleansing period with a 14-day alkaline diet. It is designed to detoxify the body, reset the digestive system, and promote overall well-being through raw, uncooked foods, particularly fruits, and vegetables.

Aara Sun Diet

     The Aara Sun Diet is a 28-day program designed to promote longevity and combat chronic diseases by replacing acid-forming foods with alkaline, sun-cooked (unprocessed) foods. It helps balance the body’s three elements-Vatham, Pitham, and Kapam-while reducing blood acidity and improving health. The recipes include uncooked versions of typical cooked foods, making it both nutritious and enjoyable for long-term health.

Aara pH Diet

      The AARA pH Diet is a 30-day program based on Sattvic (pure, clean, and energizing) cooked foods. Sattvic foods purify the mind and body, improve health, and promote mental well-being by removing toxins and boosting the immune system. This diet excludes red chili, chili powder, and tamarind, and is suitable for all, including families, pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and children. The diet enhances digestion, provides natural nutrition, and offers a peaceful, energized feeling after meals. It helps improve overall health, energy, and mental clarity.

Aara Vata Diet

     Vata primarily affects the colon and joints and fills any empty spaces in the body. To maintain balance, the Vata Pacifying Diet is highly recommended. This 30-day traditional cooked diet plan is designed to balance all three doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) and promote overall wellness.
