In our Aara Yoga Centers’, the procedures for disposing of solid waste, liquid waste, and gaseous waste are followed in a very neat and elegant manner. Here,

  1. The entire large intestine is cleaned
  2. The kidney organ is cleaned
  3. The liver’s energy is raised and
  4. Steam baths are administered.

Before The Detox Process

  • Before Detoxification everyone should come in an empty stomach.
  • Intake of food should be strictly avoided.
    Intake of water is recommended as much as possible.
  • Men should bring 1 lungi, 2 towels and 1 bedsheet.
  • Women should bring 1 nighty, 2 towels and 1 bedsheet.

Treatment Procedure

On the First day of detox
  • Lemon water Enema will be given manually by the Therapist through Anus. Hence the solid wastes that accumulates in the intestine will be cleansed.
  • Steam Bath will be given after lemon water enema so that the toxins in the blood are flushed out.
    After that a Kidney cleansing drink will be provided so that the accumulation of wastes in the Kidney will be cleansed.
  • This should be done only in the morning i.e from 8:00am to 12:00pm
On the Second day of detox
  • Buttermilk Enema will be given manually by the Therapist through Anus. Hence the Gaseous wastes that accumulates in the intestine will be cleansed.
  • Thus, the Systemic Detox is completed.

Note: 
On the 2 days of detoxification, those who undergone the process should take only fruits and fresh juices as their food.

After the Detox Process

  • The Systemic Detox is followed by Organ Detox. The King of all Organs i.e LIVER should be cleansed after this process. This should be done after the two days of systemic detox. For that a process known as Liver Pack is demonstrated by the therapists at our Center and also the video of the process will be provided. This process should be carried out for 14 Days on a regular basis.
  • 14 Days Alkaline diet will be provided after the systemic detox. This diet helps in converting the acidic body to alkaline body
